11-29-08 - Happy Holidays, everyone!! Hope everyone (US-wise) has recovered from stuffing themselves like little piggies. We wanted to wish all who visit the website a safe holiday season and hope all is well!

Also, check out the "T-shirts, mugs, & stuff" section, we've added quite a few illustrations to the selection! If you don't see the illustration you were looking for, let us know! I'm sure we can help you out!!

11-19-08 - Don't look now, but that nasty holiday shopping season is closing fast!! But, hey, take it easy on yourself and do some of your shopping here. Check out the "T-shirts, mugs, & stuff" section for bunch of different choices. Find something for you gaming buddy, sweetie-pie, or friend! Get something here that you can't get anywhere else! I can guarantee that they won't be suspecting it! We have a bunch of different images from over the years - AD&D, Dragon, Cthulu, and others. We will be adding more in the next week! If you don't see what you're looking for let us know - we just might be able to accomodate you!

Also, it's our one year anniversary today! We want to thank everyone who has visited the website and participated in our auctions! It really keeps us going and the website going as well. Again, "Thank You!!".

10-29-08 - Greetings, y'all! Just a quick note to let you know that we've posted three illustrations for sale on Ebay - two from the RPGA module To the Aid of Falx (Richard Huxley the Paladin & Sherlane the Cleric) and one illustration from the Dungeon Magazine #60 (from an adventure entitled Shards of the Day).

10-22-08 - Well, we're closing in on one year of existence for the website and so far things have gone very well! "Thank You!" to all of you for making it that way! We really appreciate you stopping by and dropping a note or two!

We have posted some classic TSR art for sale. There are three pieces that were used in the TSR module, WG7 Castle Greyhawk. Check them out in the "Art for Sale" section. We will be listing more original artwork from the TSR days in the coming weeks! We'll be giving you a "heads-up" when we do. Again, if there is any artwork that you are interested in, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do!

10-6-08 - We've updated the "Spotlight" and AD&D/D&D sections. The "Spotlight" section features some artwork Jim did for ICE's Rolemaster Series (Spell Law & Claw Law) and the AD&D/D&D section features some of the original artwork for the AD&D module, I3 Pharaoh. The Pharoah artwork is for sale and contains 19 illustrations - 18 pieces that were used in the module and an alternate illustration that wasn't used. 9-20-08 - Just a quick post to let you know that we have listed another of Jim's TSR artwork for auction. This one is a b&w piece that he did for the D&D Basic Set (Mentzer - Red Box version) and is found on Page 12 of the Dungeon Masters Rule Book.

Also, we wanted to thank all of you who participate in the auctions! These sales help keep the website running. Thus, we can keep bringing you all this great artwork! So, again, "Thank you"!

9-6-08 - We hope everyone is having a nice weekend! A quick note to let you know that we have put up three more original TSR illustrations on eBay - one from I2 Tomb of the Lizard King, one from R1 To the Aid of Falx, and one from R2 Investigation of Hydell. All three auctions will conclude this next coming Saturday, September 13th.

9-4-08 - Just added Jim's newest cover for Mongoose's Paranoia line - THE BIG BOOK OF BOTS. Head to the "Paranoia" section to check it out! Also, we will be adding some painted sculpts that Jim has been working on to the website in the near future and we will let you know when they have been posted! 8-29-08 - Just a quick note to let you all know that Jim is feverishly working away on some great new "stuff", so we'll be updating the New "Stuff" section when the time comes. Also, Jim has uncovered a golden oldie piece of artwork that was used in the article, "The Deities and Demigods of the World of Greyhawk", written by E. Gary Gygax and found in Dragon Magazine #67. It was used on page 26 of the magazine. It is now up for auction! So, check out the link!!

8-10-08 - Help support your favorite artist! We've posted some new images in the "T-shirts, mugs, and stuff!" section. Can't guarantee that your items will arrive in time for GenCon, but it's still would be cooool!! Check it out and let us know what you think. Enjoy!

8-9-08 - I hope everyone is enjoying the Olympics and hope your player/team/ country is doing well! Wanted everyone to know that we've added a couple of new pictures in the "New "Stuff"" section. These will be future prints.

I had a great time visiting with Jim this last week - great family, great food, great fun!! We even talked a little "biz"! Shooting for Gen Con Indy 2009 - which is still quite a ways off. Hope everyone enjoys this years Con!

7-16-08 - Hey, check out this piece that's up for auction! It is called "The Draconomicon" and was featured in the October, 1996 issue of Dragon (#234). A very nice piece!

7-8-08 - Hope everyone had a great Fourth of July! Everyone here made it through without getting "blowed up!". Posted a couple of new commissioned pieces which can be found in the "Commissioned Artwork" section. Also posting some artwork for sale that was used in the Soveriegn Press d20 line - a great way to snag a "Jim Holloway Original" published piece at a good price! Always looking for ideas for new illustrations - so if you have any suggestions, just throw us a line!

6-6-08 - Greetings, All! Hope everyone had a nice and relaxing Memorial Day weekend! Jim's been busy with the paints and we have posted a new illustration in the "New Stuff" category (hubba, hubba). Be sure to stop by and worship this goddess! There is more to come, so keep that sharp eye in shape. 5-12-08 - Well, it's been kind of quiet around here, huh? Sorry about that! Jim is feverishly working away on some new artwork for prints and t-shirts. They will be replacing what is up there the moment its ready and we will let you know when that happens. Also have some more artwork up for sale on eBay - scroll on down this page for the link. We are featuring the last two pieces that Jim had of the Monster Manual II artwork - after that, there aren't any more pieces available from that fine book! There is also a nice piece from the Sovereign Press book, THE TAAN, also up for grabs. Check it out!

4-12-08 - Added some pictures to the "Art for Sale" section. Three nice pieces from the days of TSR. The first being from the Endless Quest Series, Revolt of the Dwarves; the second is a Dragon Spelljammer piece; the third is from the great boxed set, KARA TUR. If any of these pieces tickle your fancy, let me know!

3-22-08 - Posted some illustrations from the Sovereign Press line of d20 D&D in the AD&D/D&D II section - some neat stuff if you ask me! These will also be put of for sale in the near future!

3-14-08 - As you may have noticed, we changed the illustration on the Main Page. This was the cover artwork that was used on most of the European versions of the B2 KEEP ON THE BORDERLANDS. Thought you would enjoy it! I'm guessing that most US players of D&D have never seen this version of the cover artwork.

Also added some of the earliest pieces that Jim ever did for TSR in the Dungeon/Dragon section. It was for a magazine called Dragontales (not to be confused with the children's show on PBS :o) ) - a collection of fantasy stories.

3-02-08 - The wait is over!!!! As I have mentioned in previous posts, Jim and I have been going over alot of great artwork from a bunch of previous projects (TSR - AD&D, Dragon, etc) and have started to post them for sale - most will be on Ebay, others on the website. We will be selling a little at a time as to not overwhelm you all!! ;o)

2-11-08 - First, we've added a new page to the website - "Children's Books". These are some of the covers Jim did for Western Publishings Golden Books line. This will probably be a surprise for most of you - so, "Surprise!"

Second, an update on the old artwork that is going to go up for sale - still sorting through them all, there are a few surprises in there! :o) Will post more when they are ready to go. Will be soon though!

1-31-08 - Added a few "new" illustrations to the "New Stuff" section. Jim found these illustrations that he thought others would enjoy. They are pictures that weren't used for one reason or another - too good to not share with everyone!

1-25-08 - We've changed some of the artwork on a couple of the pages - AD&D and the Spotlight. The first exhibits some of the artwork Jim did for the MARK OF AMBER adventure for TSR that came out in 1995. The Spotlight focus this time around is on Jim's updated version of The Orc's Last Stand - Dragon Cover #127. Hope you like it!!

1-16-08 - Be sure to check out the newly added "Miniatures" page! Jim is more than just a dabbler of paint and ink - he can sculpt too! We will be adding more pictures as they become available.

Also, we have uncovered a treasure trove of some old b/w and color illustrations that were done for Dragon, Dungeon, and other games. We will be putting them up for sale some time in the near future. We will post more information on when that will start soon.

1-8-08 - Always wanted something with Jim's artwork on it and couldn't find anything? Didn't get what you wanted for the Holidays? Check out the items listed under "T-shirts, mugs, and Stuff" (you have to follow the link to see everything that's listed so far!). We are working on new artwork and will be listing it when it becomes available. If you want a particular piece listed just let us know. Barring any copyright hiccups, we can do "just about" anything!

12-11-07 - Season's Greetings!! We would like to wish you all the best for the Holidays - Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, Happy Kwanza!! Take care this holiday season and see ya in 2008!! We have some nice surprises coming up so stay tuned!!

11-30-07 - Time-warp special! Added a few pictures from the Monster Card Sets that came out in the early 1980's. Probably a few pieces in there that most people have never seen (or very rarely!).

11-28-07 - Hope everyone has recovered from the Thanksgiving feasting and discomfort! Just a quick update to let you know that some new illustrations have been added. Check out the close-up pictures of the dwarf armor and weapons - that's some mighty fine chain-mail they have there! Also added a new Metamorphosis Alpha section featuring some artwork done for Jim Ward's sci-fi game. Hope you like it!

11-21-07 - Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!! Hope everyone has a safe and filling holiday! Be sure to eat too much and make pigs of yourselves - it's expected!! And "Thank you!" for visiting the website, we hope you enjoy it!

11-15-07 - Just a quick update note. Hope you like the new illustration on the main page. Will also be posting some more new art in the "New "Stuff"" section in the next week or so. Signed prints will be available at some time in the near future. Will post some information on that when it becomes clearer.

Also thought we'd throw a little contest into the mix. Jim is featured in one of the pictures on the website. The first person who can properly identify which picture will win an autographed copy of the Monster Manual II (book features a vast majority of his artwork). The entry must be precise. The winner's name will be posted as well (if they don't mind) :o)

11-11-07 - Happy Veteran's Day!! We want to thank all the men and women of the Armed Forces - past, present, and future - for the commitment and sacrifices that you make each and every day. It is much appreciated! God Bless America!!
